The last Lighthouse Keeper Ronnie Spencer tips one with a man named Gordon Hamacher of Plattsville ON. The photo was taken on Gordon's honeymoon in 1948 by his wife Donna (now Cowing). Gordon was about to be mustered out of the service too. Photo taken by his bride on July 3rd or 4th. The couple stayed at Mrs. Greatheads cottages for years. Please note the half door in the Lighthouse Door.
